Look for survey to participate in planning process
Your community business association is working toward a more prosperous 2021 with the help of Mary Beth Imbarrato, a certified Strategic Planning Professional (SPP), of MBI Consulting, Inc. Mary Beth is facilitating a strategic planning effort with RCS CBA's Board of Directors. Strategic planning helps organizations clarify and define short and long-term goals. The process can also help bring consensus to key issues and enable an organization to leverage opportunities. Most importantly, a strategic plan provides a framework to ensure leadership has the information they need to make informed decisions.
RCS CBA members and the community at large will have an opportunity to weigh in on the strategic plan through an online survey that will circulate in February. More to come on this so stay tuned. We are looking forward to sharing the plan with the business community and implementing it to create a stronger, more focused RCS CBA to serve you in 2021 and beyond!
