Those interested in economic development, proposed grants, the how-to’s of opening a business and information on the new energies and investments in the village are invited to the RCS Community Business Association meeting on Thursday, July 22 at 5 pm at the Halfway House.
Attendees have the option to order food or beverages at their own expense throughout the course of the meeting. There is no charge to attend.
The guest speaker is Ravena Trustee Mary Ellen Rosato who serves as The Village’s Liaison to the Building Department. She is also the former Zoning Board Chairperson and served as its secretary. Fellow trustee Nancy Warner will join her.
This event will also feature Lea Springstead from the Capital Region Chamber. Lea is a project manager with the Capital Region Chamber of Commerce. She is working to promote awareness about and ensure accessibility to the NYS COVID-19 Small Business Recovery Grant Program, which provides grants to qualifying small businesses up to $50,000.
